Looking to join the Nordstrom affiliate program and get paid to review their products? Nordstrom was founded in 1901 and is a leading fashion retailer that carries high-end luxury brands.

In this article, I'll be sharing my personal experience with Nordstrom affiliate marketing and answer frequently-asked questions such as how it works, how to sign up, commission rates, and more.

Does Nordstrom have an affiliate program?

Yes, Nordstrom has an official affiliate program which you can find on their website. The Nordstrom affiliate program is managed by the Rakuten affiliate network, requiring a Rakuten account to join.

It is 100% legit and completely free to sign up and join.

How much do Nordstrom affiliates make?

The Nordstrom affiliate program pays a 0.8% commission rate per qualifying sale, depending on product category. Nordstrom affiliate links have between a short 12-hour cookie period. This means that if a user clicks your link and makes a valid purchase within 12 hours, then you will receive a commission on the purchase price.

Pros and Cons of Nordstrom affiliate program

My personal thoughts and experience with Nordstrom affiliate marketing

Nordstrom is a big brand in the US, and is typically associated with higher-end fashion, although they do carry a wide range of brands for all sorts of budgets.

One affiliate program that comes to mind when I think of Nordstrom is Farfetch.

I wrote about Farfetch (see a link below to read) and they have a whopping 7% commission rate, with a long 30-day cookie window, covering many of the same luxury fashion brands.

Compare that to Nordstrom's 0.8% commission rate and extremely short 12-hour cookie window.

Overall, this program seems quite stingy and is hard to recommend over something like Farfetch.

That said, it is on the Rakuten affiliate network which is a positive, since if you are using Rakuten, you have access to many other brands in addition.
