Does lululemon have an affiliate program?
Yes, lululemon has an official affiliate program which you can find on their website here. The lululemon affiliate program is managed by the Awin affiliate network, requiring an Awin account to join.
It is 100% legit and completely free to sign up and join.

What is the lululemon affiliate program commission rate?
The lululemon affiliate program pays between 5% to 20% commission rate per qualifying sale, depending on product category. Based on our estimates, this could amount to $20 per sale on average. This means that if a user clicks your link and makes a valid purchase within 10 or 30 days, then you will receive a commission on the purchase price.

My personal thoughts and experience with Lululemon affiliate marketing
For bloggers and influencers in the fashion, fitness, and beauty niches, I think Lululemon presents a very good affiliate program.
With up to 20% commission rate, this is one of the most generous rates I have seen for physical products!
Combine that with between a 10 to 30-day cookie duration, and that is a very generous and affiliate-friendly model.
I'm personally a big fan of lululemon products, and they make amazing activewear for both women and men alike.
In addition to Lululemon, my other recommendation in this space that competes directly would be Nike.
