Zara is an extremely popular fashion brand that is known all over the world, having originated in Spain but now having a strong presence in the USA as well.
Zara's affiliate program is a bit harder to find info on compared to others.
They do have an official page on their site to sign up, but there isn't much info listed on that page.
It seems they are primarily focused on "Ambassadors" as opposed to traditional affiliates, as they likely want to partner with social media influencers as their top priority.
That said, I'm sure if you run a fashion or beauty blog, they are likely to want to work with you.
