I wrote about how to get into the Impact Radius affiliate network here.

Once you are approved as an Impact affiliate, you can then apply to the Home Depot affiliate program within the network.

Please note that a website is absolutely required to join the Home Depot affiliate program. According to their website:

No, a live site in operation at the time you apply to the program is required."

My personal experience and thoughts on Home Depot affiliate program

I've reviewed dozens of affiliate programs and I find Home Depot's program to be a great fit for bloggers and influencers in the home improvement, DIY, and interior decor niche.

Home Depot is a huge brand, at least here in the USA, and they offer a wide variety of products and appliances.

I'm a bit pleasantly surprised by the 8% commission rate which is quite generous in this space.

Although, for some big-ticket items like appliances, that commission rate drops down to just 1%.

One of Home Depot's main competitors is Lowes, which offers a slightly lower commission for appliances at 0.8% instead.

Lastly, the 24-hour cookie window is pretty short in my opinion, although on par with popular programs like Amazon Associates.
