Looking to find the best Health and Wellness affiliate programs available today? According to Statista, "the health and wellness market size worldwide was estimated at over 4.3 trillion U.S. dollars in 2020, a figure which is set to increase to almost seven trillion U.S. dollars by 2025." Now is a great time to profit off a growing market as consumers continue to become more health-conscious.
I'll be sharing my personal experience after investing dozens of hours of research to find the top health and wellness affiliate programs available. I'll also answer frequently-asked questions such as which brands are included, how to sign up, commission rates, and more.
ClickBank Health and Wellness Brands included:
Venus Factor System
Trim Down Club
Flat Belly Tonic
If you have been around the affiliate marketing space for any amount of time, you've probably heard of Clickbank by now.
Clickbank is one of the most popular affiliate networks, which means that it hosts hundreds (potentially thousands) of
brands and companies on the network.
The brands featured above are all from their Top 10 best-selling products of all time.
It seems that most of Clickbank's best-selling products are either health supplements (like Organifi) or health programs in the form of digital and info products.

Walmart is one of the largest retailers in the world, having generated $572 billion in 2022 alone, and boasting more than 230 million weekly customers!
With those sheer numbers, it is no surprise that Walmart's variety and selection of products is rarely matched outside of Amazon and Target.
Having taken a look at Walmart's "Top Rated Health and Wellness Products", there is no shortage of health supplements and health trackers / wearables.
If you'd like to learn more about the Walmart affiliate program, including their commission rates and how to sign up, I've written about this program in detail here:

Target's official site has a great page dedicated to "Health & Wellbeing" here.

My personal thoughts and experience with Health and Wellness affiliate marketing
Having now been a professional affiliate marketer for over 10 years, having generated over 7-figures in commissions, I've always known the "Health and Fitness" niches to be an evergreen market.
Evergreen markets are awesome because there will always be a need for them as long as humans continue to be human, hence the term.
There is no seasonality associated with evergreen markets as there is with some other niches.
The main downside to evergreen markets is that they tend to be extremely competitive and oversaturated.
Most beginners shy away when they hear the terms "competition" and "oversaturated", but more seasoned and experienced entrepreneurs understand this is also a positive signal that there is likely a TON of money in this market.
So overall, my advice for affiliates entering this market is to niche down not just one but two layers deep.
A concrete example would be, focusing on "keto diet" for the first layer of niching down, then adding an interesting second modifier like "for women over 40".
There you go, that is an interesting approach that will resonate 10x more than a general "health and wellness" blog.
The key to having a moat and being defensible in the future is not going broader, but going hyper-niche instead.
You want to stand OUT from the competition and it's easy once you niche down hard enough.
Also, a bit of faith that this soon to be $7 TRILLION dollar market has a big enough pie that your tiny slice will more than satisfy your appetite.
