Walmart is one of the largest retailers in the world, having generated $572 billion in 2022 alone, and boasting more than 230 million weekly customers!
With those sheer numbers, it is no surprise that Walmart's variety and selection of products is rarely matched outside of Amazon and Target.

My personal thoughts and experience with Health and Wellness affiliate marketing
Having now been a professional affiliate marketer for over 10 years, having generated over 7-figures in commissions, I've always known the "Health and Fitness" niches to be an evergreen market.
Evergreen markets are awesome because there will always be a need for them as long as humans continue to be human, hence the term.
There is no seasonality associated with evergreen markets as there is with some other niches.
The main downside to evergreen markets is that they tend to be extremely competitive and oversaturated.
Most beginners shy away when they hear the terms "competition" and "oversaturated", but more seasoned and experienced entrepreneurs understand this is also a positive signal that there is likely a TON of money in this market.
So overall, my advice for affiliates entering this market is to niche down not just one but two layers deep.
A concrete example would be, focusing on "keto diet" for the first layer of niching down, then adding an interesting second modifier like "for women over 40".
There you go, that is an interesting approach that will resonate 10x more than a general "health and wellness" blog.
The key to having a moat and being defensible in the future is not going broader, but going hyper-niche instead.
You want to stand OUT from the competition and it's easy once you niche down hard enough.
Also, a bit of faith that this soon to be $7 TRILLION dollar market has a big enough pie that your tiny slice will more than satisfy your appetite.
